The First 90 Days of 2018 Are Almost Over
Are You Where You Want to Be?
March 31st marks the close of the first 90 days of 2018.
Where are you with all the plans you made and goals you set for the year? How many of those goals have you worked on and completed?
For most people, good intentions serve for a while but by February (if not before) they've fallen into old patterns: No progress and no change. Sound familiar?
Let's say that's true for you. What now? You can scrap all your great plans, or you can take a deep breath and start again. But this time you can add one strategy to make sure you stay on track.
Over the years I've worked with many clients who share your story and repeat the same pattern. Kerri, for instance. (Name and details changed.)
As long as she'd been in business, Kerri would start each new year with a sense that this year would to be different: She'd define her goals, make a plan and stick to it, and at the end of the year she'd have achieved exactly what she wanted.
It never happened. Almost always, by the end of January she'd made no real progress toward her goals. She became frustrated, angry at her self, suffered some doubt about her ability to be a business owner, and fall back into old patterns.
She could have saved a lot of time and energy if she'd just not set the goals in the first place.

You, me, Kerri, and most other people fall into the insanity trap. If we continue in that pattern, shame on us. Especially once we recognize what we're doing.
The missing piece for Kerri (and you, me, and others) was having support and structure. Setting goals isn't enough. It's too easy to return to old patterns and live another year of insanity.

There's no magic (though magic happens), and it's not a secret (though you may not be aware of the solution).

Either option will give you support, clarity, and accountability. You'll set goals that are realistic for you ... and you'll achieve them. Your frustration and stress levels will go down. Your success rate will go up.
If you want to keep doing things the same way, forget everything I've said.
