As women in our encore years, we’ve done a lot and seen a lot. Along the way, we’ve learned a lot. The following list, written by Regina Brett, a 67-year-old bestselling author and newspaper columnist, is insightful and full of good advice. She wrote this list when she was 45. It has circulated the internet countless times, often attributed to her as a 90-year-old woman.
